Exo 40:1-3  Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying, "On the first day of the first month (or: ... of the first new moon) you shall raise up the tent of the Tent of Meeting. You shall put the ark of the testimony in it, and you shall screen the ark with the veil.

Exo 40:17  It happened in the first month in the second year, on the first day of the month, that the tent was raised up. 

Num 1:1  Yahweh spoke to Moses in the wilderness of Sinai, in the Tent of Meeting, on the first day of the second month, in the second year after they had come out of the land of Egypt, saying,

Num 1:2  "Take a census of all the congregation of the children of Israel, by their families, by their fathers' houses, according to the number of the names, every male, one by one ...

Num 1:18  They assembled all the congregation together on the first day of the second month; and they declared their ancestry by their families, by their fathers' houses, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, one by one. 

Num 10:8  The sons of Aaron, the priests, shall blow the trumpets; and they shall be to you for a statute forever throughout your generations.

Num 10:9  When you go to war in your land against the adversary who oppresses you, then you shall sound an alarm with the trumpets; and you shall be remembered before Yahweh your Elohim, and you shall be saved from your enemies.

Num 10:10  Also in the day of your gladness, and in your set feasts, and in the beginnings of your months, you shall blow the trumpets over your burnt offerings, and over the sacrifices of your peace-offerings; and they shall be to you for a memorial before your Elohim: I am Yahweh your Elohim.  

Deu 1:3  It happened in the fortieth year, in the eleventh month, on the first day of the month, that Moses spoke to the children of Israel, according to all that Yahweh had given him in commandment to them ... 

Deu 16:1  Observe (look narrowly for) the month (new moon) of Abib, and keep the Passover to Yahweh your Elohim; for in the month of Abib Yahweh your Elohim brought you forth out of Egypt by night. 

1Sa 20:18  Then Jonathan said to him, Tomorrow is the new moon: and you will be missed, because your seat will be empty.

1Sa 20:24-27 So David hid himself in the field: and when the new moon was come, the king sat him down to eat food. The king sat on his seat, as at other times, even on the seat by the wall; and Jonathan stood up, and Abner sat by Saul's side: but David's place was empty. Nevertheless Saul didn't say anything that day: for he thought, Something has happened to him. He is not clean. Surely he is not clean.  It happened on the next day after the new moon, which was the second day, that David's place was empty: and Saul said to Jonathan his son, Why doesn't the son of Jesse come to meat, neither yesterday, nor today?  

1Ch 23:27 By the last words of David the sons of Levi were numbered, from twenty years old and upward.

1Ch 23:28  For their office was to wait on the sons of Aaron for the service of the house of Yahweh ...

1Ch 23:31  and to offer all burnt offerings to Yahweh, on the Sabbaths, on the new moons, and on the set feasts, in number according to the ordinance concerning them, continually before Yahweh 

2Ch 2:4  Behold, I am about to build a house for the name of Yahweh my Elohim, to dedicate it to him, and to burn before him incense of sweet spices, and for the continual show bread, and for the burnt offerings morning and evening, on the Sabbaths, and on the new moons, and on the set feasts of Yahweh our Elohim. This is an ordinance forever to Israel.  

2Ch 8:12-13  Then Solomon offered burnt-offerings to Yahweh on the altar of Yahweh, which he had built before the porch, even as the duty of every day required, offering according to the commandment of Moses, on the Sabbaths, and on the new moons, and on the set feasts, three times in the year, even in the feast of unleavened bread, and in the feast of weeks, and in the feast of tents. 

2Ch 31:3  He appointed also the king's portion of his substance for the burnt-offerings, to wit, for the morning and evening burnt offerings, and the burnt offerings for the Sabbaths, and for the new moons, and for the set feasts, as it is written in the law of Yahweh. 

Ezr 3:4-5  They kept the feast of tents, as it is written, and offered the daily burnt offerings by number, according to the ordinance, as the duty of every day required; and afterward the continual burnt offering, and the offerings of the new moons, and of all the set feasts of Yahweh that were consecrated  

Neh 10:32  Also we made ordinances for us, to charge ourselves yearly with the third part of a shekel for the service of the house of our Elohim;

Neh 10:33  for the show bread, and for the continual meal-offering, and for the continual burnt-offering, for the Sabbaths, for the new moons, for the set feasts, and for the holy things, and for the sin-offerings to make atonement for Israel, and for all the work of the house of our Elohim. 

Ps 81:3-4 Blow the ram's horn at the time of the New Moon, at the full moon, on our festival day, for this is a law for Yisrael. 

Isa 66:23  It shall happen, that from one new moon to another, and from one Sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, says Yahweh.  

Eze 45:17  It shall be the prince's part to give the burnt offerings, and the meal-offerings, and the drink-offerings, in the feasts, and on the new moons, and on the Sabbaths, in all the appointed feasts of the house of Israel: he shall prepare the sin-offering, and the meal-offering, and the burnt offering, and the peace-offerings, to make atonement for the house of Israel.  

Eze 46:1  Thus says the Master Yahweh: The gate of the inner court that looks toward the east shall be shut the six working days; but on the Sabbath day it shall be opened, and on the day of the new moon it shall be opened.

Eze 46:3  The people of the land shall worship at the door of that gate before Yahweh on the Sabbaths and on the new moons.  

Hos 2:11  I will also cause all her celebrations to cease: Her feasts, her new moons, her Sabbaths, and all her solemn assemblies.  

Amo 8:4-5 Hear this, you who desire to swallow up the needy, And cause the poor of the land to fail, Saying, 'When will the new moon be gone, that we may sell grain? And the Sabbath, that we may market wheat, Making the ephah small, and the shekel large, And dealing falsely with balances of deceit;  

Col 2:16-17 Do not let anybody judge you in eating and drinking - neither in respect of a festival or a new moon or Sabbaths, which are a shadow of the things to come - but the body of Messiah (let they alone judge you in these matters).
